Suddenly found Xanga is a good place for me to pour out things, as i can say anything.

The more i work, the more i think God is really the Great God. He obviously is a boss, but he is not the one who just hover high above, demands for results and blame for failure or unsucessful mission. As he knows very well what is going on and what we all face from time to time.

In contrast, those earthly"bad" boss we all have in the world is who just give out assignment or missions and expecting nothing more than nicely accomplished mission. But this is not a prefect world, there are things and situations that even his crew can't avoid. Well, all he knows is the result that report from his guys and what's the consequence,blasting them without thinking what's and who is responsible. That's human, we all angry when things didm't go well. And that's how the great contradiction or difference comes in when comparing how God works and how "the bossess" work.
